Ben Mizen runs Ideas Alchemy, where he helps people think differently, spot new possibilities, and get creative about solving problems. He works with charities and businesses, using playful, practical methods to shake up the way teams work together and make decisions. Ben believes that even a simple idea, if used well, can change how we see the world—and what we do in it. He also lectures part-time in Business and Management at Solent University. Before all this, he spent over 25 years in youth work and ministry across the UK, The Netherlands, and Portsmouth—and still works alongside local youth workers and church-based youth projects whenever he can.
